Enjoying the Health Benefits of Seafood

When I married my amazing husband 10 years ago, I moved to his hometown because of his job. Thankfully, my husband lived near the coast. Although I had always enjoyed eating seafood, I began to appreciate it more after moving closer to the ocean. Because I could purchase fresh shrimp and fish conveniently, I made an effort to learn how to prepare all sorts of seafood dishes. I also discovered the many health benefits of eating foods high in omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon, trout, and sardines.
